Promoter

Monthly giveaways on VG Live are promoted by VirtualGhost, not by Twitch, Discord, YouTube, Amazon, Uber, or any other brand mentioned as a prize example.

The prize

When the VirtualGhost Twitch channel hits at least 50 paid subscribers during a calendar month, that month’s giveaway unlocks. If the month ends below that goal, that month’s giveaway does not unlock.

The prize is a gift-style payout on a common platform we agree with the winner (for example Amazon or Uber Eats). It is not a Twitch subscription, not cash as of right, and not exchangeable except at our discretion if a platform cannot be used in the winner’s country.

Who can enter

18 or over. One entry pool per person. You must sign in with Discord and have Twitch or YouTube linked on that Discord. You must not be a confirmed alt. Employees or contractors running VG Live, and their household, cannot win.

The giveaway is open worldwide except where prize promotions of this kind are illegal. You are responsible for local law. Void where prohibited.

How to enter (free)

No purchase necessary. Signing in and linking Twitch or YouTube is free. A Twitch sub is not required to have an account or to redeem a code, but the monthly prize only draws if the channel hits the sub goal.

Entries come from participating in that month’s giveaway on VG Live, including valid stream codes while they are active. Each code can be redeemed once per person in its time window. Codes have no cash value.

Winner

If the goal is hit, a winner is drawn 14 days after that month ends, at random from eligible entries for that month, weighted by entry count. We contact the winner through the Discord account on VG Live. Discord names of winners are shown on the Giveaways page and may also be said on stream.

If we cannot reasonably reach the winner within 14 days of the draw, or they are ineligible, we may redraw. Prize delivery is arranged after we confirm identity and a platform that can receive the $25 value. Winners are responsible for any tax in their country.

Fair play

We may disqualify bots, alts, code abuse, or any entry we reasonably believe is fraudulent. Sub counts are read from Twitch’s API and may be adjusted if Twitch revises them. Our decision on eligibility and the draw is final.
