Our work
The VirtualGhost name, ghost mascot, wordmark, crown, original music, artwork, site copy, and stream presentation are protected by copyright and related rights. “VirtualGhost”, the logos, and VG Live branding may not be used for merch, other channels, or ads without permission.
Your use
You may view the site and streams for personal, non-commercial use. Short clips or screenshots for commentary, news, or fandom are generally fine if you credit VirtualGhost and don’t imply we endorse you. Don’t re-upload full VODs or sell the brand.
Use of VirtualGhost music by creators and channels is covered by the Music Licence (EULA), not this page. That licence is revocable and does not cover businesses. Branding (name, ghost, wordmark, crown) is not licensed by the EULA.
Third-party material
Twitch, YouTube, Discord, and partner logos belong to their owners. Embeds are provided under those platforms’ terms.
If you think we used your work
Email DMCA@VirtualGhost.Live with: your contact details, the work you own, the URL on VG Live, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not allowed. We will look at it and take down or credit as appropriate. False claims can have legal consequences.
If a platform claimed your video for our music
If you used VirtualGhost music under the Music Licence (EULA) and got a random Content ID, copyright claim, or mute, email DMCA@VirtualGhost.Live with the video or stream URL and we will sort it.
